This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to support a sales team.The person in this role will be responsible managing the sales order process which will entail working closely with suppliers, transport companies, customers and your internal team members. This role will also entail sales and purchase ledger.THE ROLE: Purchasing and goods receipting of new products, inclusive of dealing with the suppliers on lead times and prep jobs.Liaising with the purchase ledger and hire sales teams.Creation of monthly reports to monitor KPI's and company spend.Creating and closing of contracts, equipment and company accounts.Assisting the sales managers with monthly reports.Managing sales packs, including copies of quotes, Excel workings, site surveys, order confirmation and finance documents.This is a full-time office-based position.Sales Ledger.THE CANDIDATE:Previous experience working in an administrative function.Confident supporting a team and external sales managers.Purchase ledger and sales ledger experienceAdvanced skills using pivot tables and Vlookups.Excellent organisational skills.Confident communication and customer service skills.THE CONSULTANCY:Edwards & Pearce acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
