Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing high-value, complex accounts. Description of the role:

  • Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities with existing customers.
  • Pursue new business by following up on sales leads and researching new opportunities.
  • Plan and attend client meetings and events, representing the company professionally.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering seamless service and effective problem resolution.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, aiming for swift and positive resolutions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the team, assisting in complex problem-solving.

About you:

  • Demonstrate success in a sales-focused role with experience in managing customer accounts.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, objection management, and multitasking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations positively and effectively.
  • Confident in face-to-face client meetings and event settings.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
