Description of the role:
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities with existing customers.
- Pursue new business by following up on sales leads and researching new opportunities.
- Plan and attend client meetings and events, representing the company professionally.

- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, aiming for swift and positive resolutions.
- Act as a point of escalation for the team, assisting in complex problem-solving.
