Police not treating death of man as suspicious after body found in Hucknall's Dob Park

Police have confirmed that the body of a man in his 30s has been found in Dob Park in Hucknall.

The death of the man, confirmed as being in his 30s is not being treated as suspicious.

In a statement issued earlier today, Inspector Elizabeth Gaskin, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "Police were called to Dob Park in Hucknall at around 10.20am this morning to a report of an unresponsive man being found near the park entrance.

"The man, in his 30s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His death is not being treated as suspicious.

"The man's next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time."
