The global situation has left many people feeling unsettled or even stressed out, you may even have found the Christmas festivities stressful.
Stress can lead to relationship problems, concentration problems, weight issues, sleeplessness, irritability, loss of libido - even physical illness and disease.
- As a business owner, a mother, and a wife, my life isn't always a walk in the park - I know what it feels like to be at the end of your tether.
- A self-confessed anatomy nerd, I understand how damaging stress hormones can be in the body. If we don't deal with them properly, unresolved or prolonged periods of stress can literally turn into trauma.
- As an experienced yoga teacher, I've seen a good number of people affected by stress, and it makes me really want to help people feel better.
Take part in my new
Dealing with Stress workshop There will be gentle movement but you don't need to be familiar with yoga to join in, and short periods of guided meditation but mainly it will be a spoken workshop where I can teach youwhat happens when you feel stress
how it affects your bodyabout the stress cycle
and most importantlywhat you can do to move yourself through the cycle
This group will be deliberately small in size with like-minded people and there will be complimentary refreshments.
