As a Sister/Charge Nurse in the Outpatients department, you will: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hospital Ward and its staff. - Provide clinical leadership and manage ward resources efficiently. - Drive clinical excellence in all aspects of patient care. - Enhance customer service and patient satisfaction. - Lead and support the nursing team to meet clinical governance standards. - Maintain professional standards as per the NMC Code of professional Conduct. The ideal candidate for the Sister/Charge Nurse role should have: - RN with valid NMC Registration. - Relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially. - Experience in acute nursing care. - Outpatients experience (desirable). - Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies. - Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice. - Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability. - Recruitment and selection skills. - Experience in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent in an acute healthcare sector.
