A business networking group, Catena, together with Hucknall Nub News, are inviting business owners from the local area to an evening of beer tasting and dining next week.
The event will be held at The Station Hotel on Station Terrace in Hucknall next Wednesday (12 January) from 7pm until 9pm.
Catena is a national company that specialises in helping businesses make new connections and partnering like-minded brands.
Andy Middleton, who lives in Hucknall, and was recently made a business ambassador by Ashfield District Council, heads the Nottinghamshire arm of the group as well as running his own printing company Graphite Media.
He said: "These occasions are designed to be relaxed, informal but private opportunities for selected business owners to meet other members of the Catena Network, to explore ways in which they can establish or grow meaningful business relationships."
Tom Surgay, Regional Editor of Hucknall Nub News said: "This event presents a fantastic opportunity for local business owners to network with one another.
"At Nub News we are interested in hyperlocal news which means working particularly closely with local businesses. We'd love to chat with local business owners about how we can give them more coverage.
"We also have fantastic sponsorship opportunities which we'd love to discuss with interested parties.
"I hope to see you at The Station Hotel next week."
The cost of the event is £25 per person and there will be an opportunity to join the Catena Network on the night.
