The two films that will be screened at the outdoor cinema at Hucknall's Titchfield Park on Sunday 5th September have been revealed today.

Raya and the Last Dragon, which was only released earlier this year, will be shown at 2:30pm, and Rocketman, which is a biographical drama based on the life and work of musician Elton John, will be shown at 6:30pm.

The event is part of a range of free outdoor cinema experiences taking part across Ashfield in the month of September that have been organised by the District Council.

The other venues to have been chosen are Kirkby Plaza, Selston Country Park and Sutton Lawn. Each venue will show two different films, with a family film in the day and a musical themed film aimed at an older audience shown in the evening.

More information about the events can be found here .
