The Arc Cinema in Hucknall is celebrating the release of Top Gun Maverick at the end of this month with a special fan event on Friday 27 May.

The cinema is becoming synonymous for putting on themed evenings to coincide with the release of blockbuster films having had one for Daniel Craig's final James Bond film No Time to Die, Ghostbusters Afterlife, and The Batman.

Priced at £15.75 per adult, event tickets cost just £6 more than a regular ticket. For that price customers will get a professional photo in the cockpit of an actual Phantom Fighter Jet which will be outside the cinema. For the photo, ticketholders will be able to don Maverick's famous red and blue pilot's helmet.

There will also be a large souvenir poster as well as souvenir postcards and a bumper sticker.

Everyone who buys a Fan Event ticket will also be entered into a prize draw to win a Top Gun goodie bag.

Tickets went on sale yesterday (Thursday 5 May) and are expected to sell out fast.
