Hucknall: No injuries following Charles Street house fire

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) has confirmed that no one was injured during a house fire in Hucknall yesterday (Thursday 2 February).

Firefighters attended a blaze on Charles Street, just off Derbyshire Lane yesterday evening.

The fire occurred in the utility room of the house, so far the cause is yet to be confirmed.

In a statement, a spokesperson for NFRS, said: "We were called just before 5pm on Thursday 2 February to a house fire on Charles Street in Hucknall. Crews from Hucknall, Ashfield and Stockhill attended. The fire was located in a ground floor utility room. No one was injured."
