A Hucknall branch of a car repair and service garage chain has won an internal award.

The Lindleys Autocentres branch on Portland Road scooped the prize of 'Branch of the Year 2021' in the company's inaugural awards.

Hucknall beat the six other autocentres that the company has in Nottinghamshire to win the gong which was calculated using responses to customer feedback surveys that are sent out to every Lindleys customer.

This allows people to score customer service, efficiency and their satisfaction at the work that has been carried out on their vehicle.

Speaking exclusively to Hucknall Nub News Lindleys Marketing Director Ryan O'Donnell said: "We try and create a little bit of competition whilst trying to drive the branches to perform better not just financially, we're talking customer service wise as well.

"Hucknall performed the best out of every branch. They did a fantastic job, they also had the best efficiency, best gross profit goals, they just performed the best in every aspect."

This is even more impressive considering the branch has only been open around three years, making it one of the newest Lindleys centres.
