Police appealing for information in search for missing Hucknall man

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing to the public for information regarding the whereabouts of Hucknall man Alex Whiteman.

In a statement released this afternoon, they said: "Have you seen 42-year-old Alex? Officers are concerned for his safety after he was reported as missing from the Hucknall area at 10:00hrs on Monday the 23rd May 2022.

"Alex tends to frequent the countryside around Hucknall, including those lands sandwiched between Hucknall and the M1 motorway and down to Bulwell Hall Park.

"Alex is described as five feet six inches tall with dark blonde / brown short hair and of slim build. Alex Was last seen wearing a grey cap, blue t-shirt, and grey trousers. Alex was carrying a bag and his keyboard piano.

Anyone who has seen Alex or knows where he might be is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 and quote incident 362 of 23/05/2022.

Alternatively, anyone who sees Alex is asked to keep him in view and call 999 immediately.
