A premises on Hucknall High Street is set to go under the hammer next week.

The property, 36 High Street, is listed at a guide price of £295,000 plus fees and is being sold by SDL Property Auctions. The auction will take place next Thursday (30 March) at 10am.

The property is made up of four businesses: Martin & Co; Belle Maison Boutique; Card Factory; and Ohannes Burger. It also includes two flats as well as rear parking.

It has been confirmed that the businesses will be unaffected by the sale.

The description of the property on SDL's website reads: "A Commercial Mixed Use Investment portfolio located on the High street of Hucknall and generating a gross income of £65,196 pa. This extensive property portfolio consists of a range of four well established commercial businesses, two impressive apartments above as well as rear parking.
