It is a foggy start in Hucknall this morning and it is expected to stay this way for much of the day. As a result, a yellow weather warning has been issued by the Met Office. Temperatures are much cooler than the last few days, with highs only reaching 4 degrees.

Films are shown from 12:55pm today at The Arc Cinema. Friday is market day in Hucknall, meaning the town centre will be filled with a range of stalls selling fresh produce and more. Traffic

Albert Street is closed due to resurfacing work.

The M1 is clear at Junction 27 with traffic flowing nicely.

There are roadworks on Papplewick Lane which may add time to your journey.

Hucknall Air Cadets celebrated the success of their members with their annual awards evening earlier this week. An issue with a footpath has delayed the extension to Hucknall Leisure Centre. Fun fact of the day:
