It is a wet and windy start in Hucknall this morning but it should clear up in the afternoon with the wind and rain making way for sunny spells throughout the afternoon. Temperatures are a bit cooler than last week with highs of 16 degrees.

Things to do

There is a craft group that takes places every Monday in the library from 10am-1pm

Traffic

There are no major traffic issues in Hucknall this morning and the M1 is clear at junction 27 with traffic flowing nicely.

In case you missed it:

Hucknall's two petrol stations were out of fuel for most of yesterday due to panic buying. However, Tesco did take a delivery in the late afternoon. The Texaco garage on the bypass were not sure when they would next take delivery of fuel having run out at around 9pm on Saturday (25 September).

Fun fact of the day:

Samsung tests phone durability with a 'butt-shaped' robot to ensure their phones can take the pressure of being sat on.
