The M1 is clear at Junction 27 with traffic flowing nicely.

In case you missed it:

A Hucknall Mum is appealing for donations of advent calendars on behalf of PASIC so they can be given to children with cancer.

A ten-year-old actor is making her stage debut at Nottingham Playhouse in their production of 'A Christmas Carol'.

Annesley Road was closed for much of the day following a two vehicle crash yesterday morning in which four people were injured.

Fun fact of the day:

Insects are attracted to light because of the moon.

Bug behaviour can be especially strange, but scientists predict that night insects (like moths) are attracted to lights because they used the light of the moon to navigate the Earth way before artificial lights were made.
