Films are shown from 1:40pm today at The Arc Cinema, for a full list of timings see here. Hucknall Taking Steps walking group 'wilder places' intermediate walk. Meet outside the library on South Street at 9:50am for a 10:00 departure. TrafficThere are major roadworks on Annesley Road. The road is closed from the junction of Spring Street which is causing major disruption. Avoid if possible.
There are roadworks on Papplewick Lane but they are not causing significant congestion.
The M1 is clear at Junction 27 with traffic flowing nicely.

The £15.7 million council offices to be built on the edge of Hucknall have been official given the green light to go ahead. NET have reduced the price of their weekly tickets during November to coincide with COP26. Fun fact of the day:There is an island in the Bahamas with only pigs as residents.
