As of this week, Hucknall Nub News will be partnering with The Arc Cinema in Hucknall to keep all film lovers informed of when they can catch the latest movies.

Each Thursday evening, we will upload the times for the coming week, starting from Friday as that tends to be the day new films are released.

This week sees the latest Marvel film, Black Widow on wide release from Friday.

The only other new release is children's animated film Daisy Quokka. Australian readers will be all too familiar with a Quokka, a type of nocturnal marsupial, Hucknall-dwellers not so much. This movie features the voice talent of Jurassic Park's Sam Neil.

The Kids Club film this weekend is Dogtanian and The Three Muskehounds and the whole family can enjoy that for just £3.50pp at 11am on Saturday and Sunday.

With three big releases due out a week on Friday, you will start to see Warner Bros. and Universal billboards as well as bus stop advertising start up again. There are posters for Croods 2, one of the aforementioned films, at various bus stops in Hucknall already. Due to the pandemic this sort of film advertising hasn't been seen for well over a year.
