Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

1.     Pappfest 2022, In front of Papplewick Church.

Papplewick Village Fayre returns on Saturday (3 September) from 12-5 with an array of entertainment for all of the family all in the name of charity.

2.     Compassionate Voices Speak Out, John Godber Centre, Ogle Street.

A women's only wellbeing and empowerment event which takes place on Sunday (4 September) from 11:30am-4pm. Tickets are just £2.00 each in advance.

3.     Service of Hope and Remembrance, Church of St Mary Magdalene.

A 45 minute service on Sunday (4 September) evening from 6pm for recently bereaved families in the parish.
