Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

1.     Dana Venye

Live music will come to Hucknall this weekend in the form of Dana Venye.

The cover artist will be at the Griffins Head on Saturday, September 17 from 8.30pm with free entry.

2.     Nottingham Heritage Vehicles Open Day

Hucknall residents will have the chance to explore The Heritage Bus Depot for free on Sunday, September 18 for the charity's free monthly open day.

Including nostalgic bus drives, vehicle displays and site tours, the event will still go ahead despite the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II the next day.

3.    Hucknall Town vs Barrow Town

Barrow Town will be making the trip to Watnall Road on Saturday September 17.

The Yellows will be looking to bounce back from last week's defeat to Gedling.
