Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

1.     Hucknall Town's final home league match at Watnall Road.

The Yellows play their final league game at Watnall Road, their home of 79 years on Saturday (15 October) against Aylestone Park (kick-off 3pm). The club house is open before the match and there will be music, live entertainment and food. The bar will be open until midnight. There is free entry for all.

2.     Live music, Griffins Head, Papplewick.

Local vocalist Jess Johnson performs live on Saturday night (15 October) from 8:30pm.

3.     Autumn Fair, Rolls Royce Leisure Club, Watnall Road, Hucknall.

On Sunday (16 October), from 10am until 3pm at Rolls Royce there is fun for all the family at the fair with a range of stalls selling crafts and gifts as well as a barbecue and a DJ.
