Best of British - Music for St George's Day

Mark St George's Day at St Wilfrid's Church, Church Street, Kirkby in Ashfield with music celebrating the Best of British from Newstead Brass, with guest conductor Dave Purkiss, joined by singers from The Kirkby Chorus.

Expect popular music from the charts, classics, stage and screen ending with a 'proms style' sing along of the sailors hornpipe and those 'English National Anthems' — Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory.

Proceeds will support the activities of St Wilfrid's Church, Newstead Brass and The Kirkby Chorus.
