A property on Hucknall High Street goes under the hammer at auction tomorrow (Wednesday 8 December).

Number 11/11A High Street which comprises a shop with a self-contained maisonette above it, has a guide price of £135,000.

The shop is being let by Hucknall Mobile Repairs on a lease which doesn't expire until 2031.

The main positives to the property listed are its prominent trading position in the town centre as well as its close proximity to the train and tram station. The fact that Hucknall is located very close to Nottingham city centre and has easy access to the M1 motorway at junction 27 are also pointed out.

Based on the current agreements in place the tenants of the shop and the maisonette pay a combined £14,700 per annum.

The auction, which is being held by Allsop, will take place online with bidding opening at 11am and due to close roughly between 2:30pm and 3:30pm.

Once the auction has finished, there is the option for completion to take place in six weeks.
