Hucknall taxi company Ideal Cars is offering a special month long discount to customers who use their app.

Throughout January, customers will get 5% off all journeys booked and paid for via the company's app.

This can be downloaded from the app store. Once your details have been entered the 5% discount will automatically be applied when making your booking.

Dale Thompson, Business Development Manager at Ideal Cars said: "We have decided to run this promotion to give back to our loyal customers that have helped us through some of the toughest times a business like ours has ever faced.

"We are truly grateful to everyone that uses Ideal cars. Through the height of the pandemic our workload dropped considerably and our driver numbers also decreased. Our customers have remained faithful to our services even at times when demand exceeded supply, so now that we are in a better position it is time for us to reward customers for their patience."
