The Arc Cinema in Hucknall will be screening the Women's Euro 2022 final on Sunday evening (31 July) and donating part of the proceeds from the ticket sale to grassroots football in the town.
The match will feature the hosts England, after the Lionesses thumped Sweden 4-0 last night (Tuesday 26 July) to book their place in the final, with goals from Beth Mead, Lucy Bronze, Alessia Russo and Fran Kirby.
In the final at Wembley Stadium, they will play the winner of tonight's (Wednesday 27 July) second semi-final between Germany and France.
Now Hucknall residents have the opportunity to enjoy the big game broadcast live in glorious 4K digital laser projection and immersed in 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound.
For the cost of a standard adult ticket, customers get a large popcorn, large nachos or large hot dog as well as a large Coke, pint of San Miguel or pint of Magners.
Whilst a child ticket includes a 'Kids Combo' popcorn, Haribo and Fruit Shoot.
A percentage of every ticket sold will be donated to Hucknall Sports, who have coached children's teams in the area for the last 45 years.
Cinema manager Mark Gallagher has previously described Hucknall Sports as a 'lovely setup' and is a huge admirer of their passion for grassroots football.
This is not the first time that the cinema has broadcast football and donated the proceeds to Hucknall Sports. Last year they showed a number of England's men's games during Euro 2020 including their 2-0 win over Germany which was a massive hit with the local community.
The women's final is also expected to be a sell out so to avoid disappointment, interested customers are advised to book tickets as soon as possible by clicking here.
