Below are lists of key planning applications in Hucknall recently received or decided on by Ashfield District Council.

Applications received

1) Land south of former International Clothing Centre, Annesley Road, Hucknall, Nottinghamshire

Application for approval of details reserved by condition three of planning permission - noise mitigation measures. Awaiting decision; due by 29/04/2022.

2) Land off Shepherd Street, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 6XH

Non material amendment following planning permission. Updated layout plan to show garden gates, additional landscaping, patio doors to rear of Danbury and Delamare house types, amendments to boundary treatments to plots 24, 52, 61 & 64. Awaiting decision; due by 31/03/2022.

3) 21 Central Avenue, Hucknall, Nottinghamshire, NG15 7JJ

Outbuilding. Status: Awaiting decision; due by 24/04/2022.

Demolish existing and create give bungalows including parking and two detached garages. Permission refused.
