The sale of a property on Hucknall High Street that was due to be auctioned yesterday (Thursday 30 March) was postponed.

The property, 36 High Street, was listed at a guide price of £295,000 plus fees and was due to be sold by SDL Property Auctions.

The property comprises four businesses, two flats and also has rear parking. It was confirmed prior to the auction that the businesses would be unaffected by the sale.

However, for an as yet undisclosed reason, the property didn't go under the hammer at 10am yesterday, as initially expected.

It has been confirmed by a source close to the sale, that the property will be re-entered into another auction later this year but that currently a date has yet to be finalised.
