All trains are now calling at Hucknall Station as normal it was confirmed by East Midlands Railway shortly before midday.

Earlier, Nub News reported that the overnight theft of signalling cables at Radford Junction had caused severe disruption and left services unable to call at Hucknall, Newstead or Bulwell stations.

The stolen cables have now been replaced and the usual services on the Nottingham-Mansfield-Worksop route have now resumed. However, East Midlands Railway did warn that some trains may be delayed by up to 15 minutes due to the earlier disruption.
