It is a cloudy start in Hucknall this morning but sunny intervals are expected throughout the morning before it clouds over again by lunchtime. Temperatures will reach highs of 10 degrees.

Things to do

There is a craft group that takes places every Monday in the library on South Street from 10am-1pm

Hucknall Taking Steps walking group 'easy walk'. Meet outside the library at 9:50am for a 10:00 departure.

Traffic

There are roadworks on Papplewick Lane which may add time to your journey.

Annesley Road is closed from the junction of Spring Street to Allen Street with no through route and access only from junction with Torkard way due to work being carried out by the Water Board. Diversions are in place.

The M1 is clear at Junction 27 with traffic flowing nicely.
