Adults aged 75 and over, residents in care homes for older people, and those aged 12 and over with a severely weakened immune system, can book a spring booster vaccine in Nottinghamshire from today (21 March).

The spring booster programme is now open and offers the most vulnerable members of the community a chance to top up their immunity because Covid-19 is more serious for older people and those with a weakened immune system.

A Hucknall Mum and Dad are organising a dance show to raise money for the ward of a local hospital that saved the life of their one-year-old son earlier this year.

Rebekah Priestley and her partner Alex Reid described it as "the worst week of their lives" when their son Luca was admitted to the children's intensive care unit at The Queen's Medical Hospital.
