Next Wednesday (15 December) sees the latest film in the marvel franchise, Spider-Man: No Way Home hit the big screen. Tom Holland returns as the titular character who is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high stakes of being a superhero. When he asks for help from Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.

There are now 11 cases of the new Omicron variant across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, including some suggesting the virus is now transmitting in the community.

The new variant, which was first identified in South Africa, is now spreading in the area but with only a small number of cases so far.
