Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with their prestigious client in Annesley. We are currently recrituing for a number of Customer Service Executives.

Our Client have decades of industry expertise, and specialise in global fulfilment solutions for high-growth clients, they provide technology-driven, sustainable solutions for brand leaders.

Job Purpose and Objectives:

The primary emphasis of this role is the management of a range of administration tasks designed to support the management and development of client contracts. The role requires experience of working to tight timeframes, multi skilling and the ability to produce work to high standards.

An understanding of their impact on the financial performance of each contract and work closely with colleagues to manage change, with minimal impact. Relationships are important to our client's business and the job holder will be comfortable in dealing with clients, when required, with a calm and friendly personality.

Role Specific:

  • Understands the how profit is generated and their own impact on the delivery of enhanced profitability
  • An ability to manage all aspects of their role accurately, ensuring the best financial outcome
  • Demonstrate the skills required to manage activity to a commercial contract, understanding implications of change and minimising financial issues
  • Has an awareness of business solutions to identify a need and allow for cross selling
  • Has an awareness of market, industry and client news to develop knowledge
  • Personality to establish solid and trusting working relationships with key contacts

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong administration skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office software
  • Ability to employ Investigative and analytical skills in line with direction from management
  • Data management skills to provide sound information upon which decisions can be taken
  • Ability to produce accurate and appropriately designed management information reports
  • Understand the importance of and create accurate internal financial reporting
  • Strong communications skills, including persuasive and concise written skills
