Position Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager with construction experience to oversee and coordinate key projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of successful project management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the planning, delivery and installation of project business won by:

• Attend proposed project installations and conduct initial site surveys to ensure project suitability.
• Chair pre-brief meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of design and deliverables among all project stakeholders.
• Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) for specific projects, create project estimates, and liaise with the CAD department.
• Generate Gantt charts to confirm key project dates.
• Ensure timely issuance of RAMs, insurance documentation, and personnel competency cards to the client before the project commencement date.
• Organise materials required for project installation pre, during, and post-delivery.
• Assist in producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments associated with the project.
• Estimate installation and decommissioning times for projects, including material costs.
• Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Seek variation orders as required to address project changes.
• Complete the handover process with the client, obtaining a signed agreement on the on-hire date/practical completion.
• Chair de-brief meetings to identify positive and negative takeaways from the project.

The successful Project Manager will hold:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
