LivGreen are looking for an on-site Site Coordinator to join the expanding business.

Based in the Nottingham area. This role will work across various retrofit projects, assisting with survey completion and site management. This will be a varied role and will involve travel.

Duties:

  • Complete surveys within client properties
  • Use of internal surveying software to produce and send surveys.
  • Produce accurate reports of work required (including measurements and photographs)
  • Be able to understand and drawings and scopes,
  • Be proactive towards health and safety and ensure this is followed on each project.
  • Able to manage multiple trades on site, including coordination of works.
  • Working with your assigned project manager to deliver the project from inception to completion, being the onsite contract for contractors, internal staff and the client.
  • Communicate with other LivGreen departments to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship.
  • Prepare for and attend regular progress meetings.
  • Ensure any changes are communicated to the project manager and client.
  • Manage project planning and programming.
  • Complete weekly reporting.

Personal Specification:

  • CSCS Card (valid)
  • knowledge on PAS2035
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • First Aid Qualified.
  • Full clean UK Driving License (Travel involved with the role)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Experience of refurbishment, window installations, EWI, roof works, M&E.
