Due to ongoing growth our client is recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis paying up to £25,000, offering a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in the field of procurement. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement process by creating and processing purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the team to prevent stockouts
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving overall efficiency in the purchasing process

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
