Our client is a pioneer in their field and continue to enjoy ongoing success. As a result they are looking to appoint a further Sales Advisor for their office in Hucknall - someone who can go above and beyond to exceed customer expectation.
The team of Sales Advisors are key in driving the business forward by cultivating and nurturing robust client relationships. Key duties will entail:
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls in order to qualify leads and ultimately convert into sales
- Listening and appraising customer needs in order to present and promote products
- Upselling and cross selling of products and services
- Order processing
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, issue resolution and rapport building
- Build and develop product knowledge
In order to fulfil this role, it is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience of working successfully in a sales environment and thrive on providing excellent customer service. You should also have basic negotiation skills and be customer focused with great problem solving ability.
