Hucknall Town manager Andy Ingle has sent out a rallying cry to his players ahead of the much anticipated heavyweight clash with Radford FC tonight (Wednesday 12 October).

The Yellows who are currently fourth in the Uhlsport United Counties Division One table host second place Radford in the penultimate league match at Watnall Road.

Ingle's side are looking for their fifth consecutive win but face a Radford side that are yet to lose and recorded an impressive 2-1 away win over leaders Aylestone Park on Saturday (8 October).

Speaking to the club's official website ahead of the fixture, Ingle said: "It's a big game and Radford are unbeaten so we will have to be at our best, but confidence is high and we have the right players available for the task. It's all about believing and hard work."

On Saturday, Hucknall notched up arguably their most impressive result of the season so far as they dispatched Kirby Muxloe 6-1.

However, Ingle is still looking for more. He said: "It was an important win for us to keep the momentum going. Although we were very pleased with the result, we still feel we can be better and that is something we will keep striving for."

Tonight's fixture kicks off at 7.45pm.

Hucknall will then play their final ever league match at Watnall Road on Saturday (15 October) when they host Aylestone Park. The club house will be open before and after the match, where music, live entertainment, food and the bar will be open until midnight. The whole afternoon and evening is free to everyone.
