Hucknall Town FC have confirmed the signing of midfielder Brad Lathall from step five side Sherwood Colliery.

Lathall will rejoin The Yellows having played previously for the club during the 2020/21 season.

He began his career at Notts County featuring for the club's U8s to U16s sides before playing for Mansfield Town's U18s. He also played for Heanor Town between his first spell at Hucknall and joining Sherwood.

Hucknall's First Team manager, Andy Ingle is extremely pleased with the signing.

Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "We are excited to sign Brad. I have seen him play and he's excellent on the ball and fits our profile perfectly. It was the right time for both parties and Brad will feature in tomorrow's squad."

Lathall is the second new signing to be made by the club in the last two weeks, behind striker Jack Thatcher who joined from Eastwood.

The Yellows are back in action tomorrow (Saturday 11 February) at the RM Stadium when they host Newark Town in an Uhlsport United Counties League Division One clash which kicks off at 3pm.
