Job Title: Deputy Manager Children s Home Location: Hucknall Salary: up to £33,500 Our valued client is a leading children's care provider specializing in catering to children with emotional and behavioural needs. With 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings across their 8 homes, they are committed to providing exceptional care and support. The Role We are now excited to seek a Deputy Manager for the home in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about children's care and capable of leading a dedicated team. Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities - Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home - Ensuring the highest standards of care are provided - Developing strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies - Implementing care plans and managing risk assessments - Promoting a positive culture within the team Deputy Manager Requirements
  • - NVQ Level 3 qualified in Children and Young People or equivalent
  • - Experienced in a supervisory role within children's residential care Knowledgeable about legislation and guidelines for children's homes
  • - Passionate about improving outcomes for children
  • - Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings where necessary
